Both Calm Abiding and insight meditation and other practices will be taught depending on the experience of people attending on the day. All are welcome to come along to watch and learn.

Thursdays 6.30-8.30pm, Ananda Buddhist Centre
The group meets every Thursday evening, 6.30-8.30pm, to study and discuss a wide variety of Buddhist teachings, philosophy, history and practices.
Current study topic is the text - “The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying” by Sogyal Rinpoche
